Central luxury apartment at Proxenou Koromila

Ηταν στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Εχει ιδιωτικά πάρκινγκ πολλά γύρω από το διαμέρισμα.

Πιστεύω ότι με ένα μικρό φρεσκάρισμα θα έδειχνε ακόμα πιο ωραίο!

Lokacija smestaja je odlicna, stan je bio cist i komunikacija s hostom je tekla bez ikakvih problema.

Stan se nalazi u staroj zgradi, sto mu daje poseban sarm, aliiii… stan nije renoviran i ceo je “nagnut”, kao da je zgrada potonula. Kreveti za spavanje su dosta neudobni. Mozda je cena malo previsoka.

Nu este nimic din ceea ce se vede în fotografii. Foarte murdar și foarte vechi totul. În plus exista și un miros urat în apartament chiar dacă se încearcă aerisirea. Cred ca nu a fost renovat niciodată ci doar sport. Nu recomand

Amazing location. Very clean and comfortable.

I should recommend the owners to spray the doors with WD40 since they creak. And maybe accommodate the property with baby cot:)

A fost extrem de dificil cu parcarea și au lucrat la apartamentul vecin cu renovarea până foarte târziu.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία!

Τα κρεβάτια και το σαλόνι, η υποδομή της κουζίνας και γενικά η εικόνα. Κουφώματα πολύ παλιά, χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση, η μπαλκονόπορτα δεν άνοιγε!

Spacious apartment. All sheets and towels smelled excellent and fresh. Communication with the host was excellent and to the point.

The floor was uneven, and you felt dizzy. The shower head didn’t have a hook to hold it while showering. All the windows and doors were very old. Overall, the apartment needs renovation.
