Great location in an upmarket area of Thessaloniki. Apartment is very clean, spacious, good facilities and building has an elevator. Nikos was very easy to communicate with and generously let us check out later because we had a late flight. I would definitely stay there again

So, now I'm taking the time for a review... We stayed in the apartment for three days at Easter and had a mostly positive impression. The keys were handed over via safe (on the outside of the building) without any problems. The Flat is located on the 5th floor, where a (bit to tight) lift headed to. In our case, 2 people with hand luggage, there was just enough space, but with a large suitcase it might be a bit difficult. Opening the door of the apartment is a little tricky because you have to pull the doorknob towards YOU to open the door easily. The furnishings in the spacious apartment were satisfactory, there were no traces of mold to be found in the damp rooms and a good night's sleep was guaranteed. For our taste, the pillows was too hard and rather uncomfortable, but that is of course a subjective opinion. We never met the host Nikos in person, but communication via WhatsApp worked perfectly as the Wi-fi did as well. The location itself is superb, out of the house, right twice, over the Street (be careful!) and you're on the promenade where can take a wonderful stroll along the sea... A lot of sights are within walking distance without much effort (White Tower, Galerius Arch, Kapani Market, Ladakia and many more…) We were definitely happy with our accommodation and really enjoyed Thessaloniki.

During our three-day stay we didn't really find anything worth criticizing.

A real crowded downtown apartment, I recommended it for young people. The owner was very helpful. The location of the apartement is excellent 100 meters from the beach promenade.

There is no parking anywhere, we spent a lot of time constantly moving our car around. Parking garages are very expensive and are closed on weekends.
