Modern Central Apartment

Brilliant host. Thank you Dimitri Very well appointed apartment with all equipment and facilities. Extremely comfortable with everything a guest could need. Kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was very clean, and comfortable. Thank you again Dimitri for making our stay in Thessaloniki such an easy and enjoyable experience.

Don't be deceived by the entry hall and lift once inside the apartment is fabulous. To add extra value to the overall experience the building strata should upgrade the common areas.

Läget, och lägenheten i övrigt var perfekt.

Rummet där dubbelsängen är, så var det lite lyhört från vägen utanför pga den täta trafiken och dessutom knarrade golvet i sovrummet när man gick på det.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We needed a parking spot as well and the hosts arranged this for us and provided navigating instructions. Their restaurant recommendation was also great

Beautiful and well-equipped apartment. Friendly and helpful hosts who were always there in case of questions or requests. Perfect location for the main sights. Even though there was heavy traffic in front of the apartment, we slept very well as the windows were soundproof.

We did love everything. (If there is something which needs to be developed, it is the ventilation of the bathroom.)

Great communication, all details explained before arrival, parking reserved in advance, good location on walking distance from the sea. The place has everything you need to feel like home.

I liked everything, I would only make a suggestion to make it more safe for children when the age under 3 is indicated. There were fragile decorations or in glass vases that I had to rearrange and make it unreachable to small kids.

Location is great Fair value for what is offered

There was no access for pushchair or wheelchair at the main entrance and the lift was too small to fit a pushchair or even a bassinet The flat is refurbished but not to the highest standard, especially the bathroom and the wooden floors which were very creaky. Overall very basic facilities but clean and comfortable

This is my second time in this apartment. Unmatched location, cleanliness on point, all the necessities are available in the apartment, and the host - Dimitris, is very communicative and precise with the instructions for self check-in. Overall 10/10, if you are in Thessaloniki and you need a place to stay - look no further.
