Lazaristes Compact Living

Beautifully designed small space, great for 2 people. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts Nikos and Ioanna were a pleasure to communicate with and supplied some food and drink items to help with snacks and breakfast. The bed was comfortable but guests should be aware it is against one wall. It was a very quiet location. There is a garden area to park bicycles. The location is 4 kilometres away from some of the main sights and centre, about a 30 minute not pleasant walk mainly on a busy road. But the bus stop is less than 200 metres away and 90 cents for a one-way journey. Tickets can be bought on the bus with correct change or at a street shop.

Street parking can sometimes be little difficult depending on the time of day.

Clean, comfy, well equiped, design maniac, lots of care from the owner, drinks, snacks, fruits. Constant care to make sure that thinks work out ok. Next door to the Lazaristes art center - lookout for the Kostakis exhibition.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, modern and pet friendly. Nikos was very kind, helpful and prompt in responding to any questions we had.

We loved everything.

The apartment looks small but believe me when I tell you that I was surprised at how comfortable it really is. It is ideal for a couple or a couple with a child. Plus, there is a nintendo Wii console so entertainment is guaranteed before dinner. To crown it all, there are two tv sets, one with netflix. Bed and pillows are super comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need. The bathroom is not that big but you won't feel it. The shower works amazingly well. The bathroom even has a washing machine. Everything is modern and good quality. We were welcomed with coffee capsules, bread, juice, jam and fruits for our first breakfast. Lots of towels available. The neighborhood is quiet and safe away from the craziness of the tourist area in the surroundings of the waterfront. So I am grateful we booked Nikos' apartment that is not in the heart of all the hustle and bustle of the streets around the attractions which are very noisy and annoying. It has a perfect location, at a reasonable walking distance from downtown. Plus, there are restaurants around and the typical greek AB supermarket just around the corner which was very convenient. Last but not least, Nikos, the host, was constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything (which we didn't since his apartment has it all) and it was super easy to communicate with him since he speaks English perfectly well. Thank you Nikos for our wonderful stay at your apartment. I definitely recommend this place.
