Victoria's Apartment

The place has a lovely homey vibe and the welcoming of the hosts is amazing every time. We especially apreciated the beautiful view and amazing building that somehow keeps the air cool and fresh even in the hottest days of the year.

For us, the location was a great bonus and we loved it, but people should be aware that the property is located in the high part of the old town and the road up there can be a little tiring.

The hosts were amazingly nice, welcoming and helpful and the place exceeded our expectations in comfort, how spacious it is, facilities and location. There is nothing more we could have wished for.

It was roomy, very clean, nicely decorated, near families, we felt safe.

It was just a bit too far from the promenade (port) downtown area, so we had to walk quite a bit, up and down steep streets. But, it was good exercise! 😁

The accommodation is very spacious and superclean! You find everything even if you decide to stay in and cook for yourself. All the necessities were provided by the owners. Of course, our favourite was the little terrace too with the amazing view of the sea, spent hours there playing, talking, eating, relaxing, and even chatting with the ones passing by. We loved all the tiny details, the house is made with love and you have space even to dance around, a waltzer in the bathroom is not a problem either :D The house is by a cul-de-sac, so it is fairly quiet, but you can still admire the life passing by in the unique old town. The location is absolutely amazing, in the historical part of the city. It is lovely to have a stroll around at any point of the day on the old stones between the historical houses and neighbourhood cats. Bear in mind though that if you won`t be using a car, you will be an athlete by the end of your stay, the old town beats San Francisco`s streets :D Some roads seem nearly vertical and you feel like you`re walking up a wall :D and the house is quite high up. For those who arrive with children, there is a nice and safe playground just in front of the apartment as a bonus, on the other side of the road. The centre is in a walking distance with plenty of restaurants and bars with outstanding cuisine, even the street food is delicious! Don`t miss out on the bakeries and salads either, try the local cakes and sweets! The city has a lot to offer, but be aware that the nearest beach where you can actually go for a nice swim and relax in the sand is quite far. Suggestion: you don`t want to miss out on experiencing the amazing Mount Olympus! It is only an hour train journey to Lithohoro from where you can walk up on a tourists` path. The town is lovely and the hospitality is outstanding! Overall, it was a fantastic stay with amazing hospitality from our hosts and everywhere we went, which we will be forever thankful for!

One of the best apartments I have ever booked. A cosy and well equipped place. The hosts were nice and very hospitable. The location is close to the city walls in the upper city. Everything withing walking distance. We could even park the car in front of the building. We loved the balcony.

Great hosts! It feels like visiting relatives - thank you for your hospitality Sofia! Great location - this part of Thessaloniki feels indeed like being in a village and yet u r just 10min away from Aristoteles Square and 15 from the sea. The appartement has all the comfort u need. The WiFi is great so it is a good place to work as well. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
