Lilioum Apartment

The apartment surprised us with its size and large balcony, in a very pleasant location.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona centrale a poche centinaia di metri dal mare che però per tutto il golfo di Salonicco non è balneabile. Ha un'unica camera da letto, un grande salone con una terrazza, al quinto piano, cucina attrezzata. Ben sonorizzato.

C'è un unico condizionatore di aria condizionata nel salone, in camera da letto c'è un ventilatore a pale nel soffitto Ma dato il gran caldo ad agosto nella città non è sufficiente per avere frescura

it was clean and location was perfect , the apartment had a park and sea view , just parking is a problem if you dont have car its the place you had to stay

Location & coziness

Some "welcome" bottles of cold water would be nice. The fridge, sofa and shower need servicing/replacement.

Very good location, nice balcony.

The beds weren't really that comfortable, the bathroom is on the small side.

Everything was excellent. The apartment was spotless, the hosts were personally overviewing the cleaning. They were very polite and friendly, explained everything in detail, showed us the rooms and the amenities. They were also very accommodating with our children, a toddler and a baby. The location was very satisfying, as it was next to "nea paralia" and several transportation means.
