Unfortunately I didn’t like anything about the property except its location

I didn’t like that they have zero windows in the hallway, just a small shaft, air circulation very poor and air quality really bad. The room was very dirty and the table, fridge, sink and shower head were broken. The room was filled with ants and they even made it into the bed. There are no nets at the windows and a lot of bugs fly inside even though it’s at the 5th floor. The bathroom has a very weak ventilation for air and it has zero windows wich leads to a really bad odor being build up. The communication was really bad my request per messages didn’t get far as AI is answering , I called the numbers at least 6 times and no one ever responded or called back. The walls of the room are very dirty as well, unfortunately nothing was pleasing the experience was really really bad I left the room after 12 hours and booked something else. After passing the situation to Booking I was told that the owners didn’t accept the described situation and complaint regarding all issues which means they refused to do anything about it. I booked for 5 night which I didn’t stay and I only received 15€ back from Booking. I have never had any experience so depressing with an absolut refusal to fix the situation it massively impacted my overall trip. I would never stay again not even if I was paid to do so.

Location

After years of traveling and booking everywhere, this is my first time giving a bad review. These photos do not correspond to the apartment you will get! We specifically chose this place, as it looked like a studio with a balcony, and in the end we just got a small room (which is not the one in the photo. This is fake!). There was: NO internet NO hot water NO assistance whatsoever It was an absolute nightmare this staying. The process to enter the apartment was also not smooth. We had to call a few times and wait at least 30 minutes to get in the apartment. Booking.com was also another disappointment for not even replying to our report.
