Petite Palace Aristotelous 3

How clean it was and the shower was small but very nice.

The air conditioning is too close to the bed making it impossible to sleep with it on. And sleeping without is too hot.

This place is FANTASTIC value for money. It is in a great location right on Aristotelous Square and walkable to all the main sites in Thessaloniki. I felt safe here as a solo female traveller, even at night. The host is wonderful and very responsive. Detailed instructions for getting into the place were sent a day before on Whatsapp, The host also responded quickly on Whatsapp throughout my stay.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, everything you will want to see is very close. But what was a big plus for us was that the accommodation is located next to the market and the choice of good food was perfect. The accommodation is on the third floor and there is an elevator. The communication with the owner was very good, he gave us all the instructions and was available if we needed anything. Although we did not expect such a small accommodation, it was good and comfortable. The accommodation is equipped with all the basics, such as hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee machine and cutlery. The owner left us some water in the fridge, which saved us considering that we arrived late due to a delayed flight. I would certainly recommend the accommodation.

Unfortunately, there were a few negative things, but they did not spoil our stay. I would still recommend the accommodation. There is no window in the bathroom (although there is ventilation) and it can be hellishly hot. The neighbors were very loud, they played the TV very loudly from 5 am until noon. The ventilation from the neighboring building can be very loud if you sleep with the window open. But the owner cannot influence the last two things too much.

The place is rented by a very friendly person, who’s super helpful at all time. It is located at the very heart of the city centre and most popular places are within a walking distance. It’s easily accessible and has everything needed for a convenient stay, including coffee. :)

The apartment is very clean and cute but is quite petite indeed 😁. We stayed for one night and it was great, just not appropriate for longer stay for more than one person. :)
