Homy cozy studio towards the centre

Excellent location (bus 31 in front if the studio and going to all the main places in town). Comfortable with everything a traveler needs ( and even more like first aid kit or powder for the washing machine…). Good communication with the owner from booking to leaving. Supermarket at the corner of this quiet small street and nice small restaurants around. Practical and easy self check-in. Nice and very safe non touristic district with all kinds of stores and the hospital (Ippokrateio bus stop) nearby.

Absolutely nothing - just get milk if you need as in the fridge there’s none ( only bread, butter, jam, cheese, ham and fruit juice).

I stayed for 2 nights in this apartment near the Hippocrateio Hospital in Thessaloniki. The location was very convenient for me, and the fridge was well stocked with breakfast items, which I appreciated. The price was low and reflected the very basic condition of the apartment, but overall it was a practical option for a short stay.

However, there are a few things to note. The apartment is accessed by stairs and there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient for people with mobility issues or those carrying heavy luggage. The apartment hasn’t been renovated in quite some time and feels more like a student flat, with very basic and inexpensive furnishings. I would recommend it only to travelers who don’t mind the lack of comfort and simply need a place to stay. That said, it was very clean, which I truly appreciated.

Good equipment, good bed, good cooking equipment. Location is pretty good as well, close enough to go walking to the main points of interests in Thessaloniki and also close to the bus lines just in case.

Communication minimalist to innexistant with the host. The innefficency of the water-boiler was also quite annoying and i had to take most of my showers cold, definitively a low point.

Overall ok, but dirty.

Quite dirty. There was encrusted soap in the sink and in the soap dispenser and the fridge has not been cleaned in ages. Steep stairs to reach the apartment, difficult with a big suitcase.
