The location, close to supermarkets and not too far to the beach and restaurants and the price. Kitchen well equipped and everything worked. Bed and pillows comfortable but small

The apartment was very noisy with residents coming and going 24/7. The bed was small and the sheets don't fit. The apartment needs painted and tidying up. The main negative has to be the fact the access to the garden is impossible due to the window grills being locked with a bicycle lock and no key available, this is a serious safety issue in the event of a fire as the apartment is a long way from the exit and this is the only reason we would definitely not stay there again, everything else was cosmetic and it remains excellent value for money.

The location of the apartment is excellent right in between Benalmadena and Torremolinos , just off the main road. it's also only a 10 minute walk to El Pinillo train station. The size of the apartment is good and well set out with adequate storage. It also has Air con and Tivo tv service

Well we had patio doors and we could see a small area where we could have sat if only the gates covering the patio door hadn't been locked up with a bicycle lock with no keys in sight. this also is a fire hazard having the gates locked as if a fire happened in the communal area then you have no way out as all the windows in the apartment also have bars on. I messaged the owner regarding the patio and received no reply. There is a pool, as stated, but this too was unavailable to use. it had been taped off and a sign in the communal area saying that it is not be used. if we had known these things before hand we wouldn't have booked this apartment. The bed also is not a double, it was way too soft and the bedding didn't fit properly so that kept coming off.

I will try to give a completely honest review of our stay. First of all the owner could not have been more helpful. We had a medical emergency toward the end of our stay and he could not have been more helpful, offering to help me find somewhere else to stay while my husband was in hospital. I also reported that the toaster wasn't working when we got there and he quickly replaced it with a new one. The apartment - its a small, groundfloor apartment. It was clean and they have tried to make the space as nice as possible, but its a little old and tired. There was a small double bed. We had what we needed. If you're just looking for a base and plan to spend all your time out, it's fine. Based on what we paid (in January) I believe the apartment was value for money. Good WiFi, only Spanish TV. Excellent location, about 20 mins walk down from El Pinillo, so easy to get to from the airport cheaply. Turn left out the apartment and a short walk you could catch buses to the other surrounding areas very cheaply. Walk a little further down to Carihuela and it's the most beautiful sea front.supermarkets close by for shopping.

Although the description is accurate, i didn't fully appreciate the layout. There was no accessible outside space from the apartment to sit, i.e., no balcony or terrace. So nowhere to sit and enjoy a drink, or dry washing etc. The shutters are locked, meaning the place is secure however, can't go out. There are gardens, which are well kept , but you had to go out of the apartment to access. Too cold to try the pool in winter. There was very little natural light in the apartment due to the corner location and it felt cold and damp in January.

No outdoor space, plus patio doors bolted closed, unsafe if need to exit in an emergency. Pool was closed which was annoying as said was open in details.
