Very nice, clean and luxury

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el trato de Miguel a pesar de haber unos inconvenientes el lo resolvió todo rápidamente.

Excelente la ubicación.. La casa tiene todo lo que uno necesita es como sentirse en casa. Miguel es un señor encantador..Tienes todo a mano, mercadona, restaurantes a elegir... Volvería a repetir mi estancia. Recomendadisimo.

The entire experience was hassle free, instant communication with Miguel and exactly as shown in the photos provided on the website. 10 minutes by taxi from Malaga airport. Beautiful location.

It is set back from the road that runs parallel to the beach by a well maintained private garden and swimming pool giving a wonderful view and easy access to the beach. A beatiful self catering apartment with a fantastic supermarket across the road. A fully fitted kitchen with many additional devices, aircon in the living room and bedroom and also ceiling fans which we used as much quieter than any aircon we have used before. TV’s in the bedroom and living room, with access to channels with English speaking programmes. There was some building work going on close by, but no issue with noise from it. Overall a wonderful apartment in an ideal location with lovely hosts.

On our first night the upstairs neighbours could be heard arguing very loudly, fortunately this did not last very long.

Great view when having breakfast, lunch or diner in a very comfortable apartment in which really nothing was missing. The fact that you can open or close the terrace’s (which is the living room at the same time) glass window panels, we really liked. Incredible were also all the things available in the apartment. Coffee could even been made in three ways: filter, Dulce Gusto, or moka pot (stovepot brewer). We cooked diner most of the days. The kitchen might be a little small, but is very convenient and well very equipped. While the supermarket on the other side of the road is very big and has a wide range of fresh vegetables, bread, fruits, fish and meat, so you can make yourself a great meal, better than the meals of most restaurants. The location is great for being reached by car. We could easily find a parking lot, often even straight in front of the gate. The Torremolinos centre is also nearby walking. The beach with sun beds is in front of the apartment. There are no noisy bars close by the apartment. Mattresses, pillows, towels and sheets were great. We didn’t have any issues, but the host Miguel is very nice and gave us confidence that he would have helped with any issue immediately if they would have occurred.

Unfortunately there’s little construction going on nearby which causes noise during workdays between 9 AM and 5 PM. But as we often had are breakfast before 9 and left the apartment afterwards for the beach or a trip it didn’t bother us too much. The lock for the gate is really bad. We first thought that we didn’t have a key to go out at all and that we were locked inside the premises. Fortunately we met other people explaining us how to try turning the key. Also we later found out that there was also a button to open the gate from inside, so later on we only had the hassle when returning to the apartment. The pool was filled with water and kept clean, but it wasn’t operating. We prefer the sea anyway, so it wasn’t much of an issue, but with the sea water still around 16 degrees, swimming in little warmer water from the pool would have been nice. Looking back at previous reviews it happens more often that the pool actually doesn’t work. The isolation of the building isn’t great. Like in most hotels and apartments, also here you can hear the neighbours talking.

Bed a little uncomfortable but that’s a personal preference

A Very clean place spotless and a great welcome from Miguel all that is needed is there , Free parking , local supermarket at that back beach in the front . All what is you need
