1) The biggest advantage of this apartment is its location – right next to the beach, situated on a street lined with shops and restaurants. 2) The second biggest advantage is the large terrace, where the sun shines from morning until late afternoon, perfect for dining and socializing. Unfortunately, that's about it for the positives.

1) First of all, the level of cleanliness and hospitality was poor! They didn't give me a new sponge for the dishes; they left an old one someone had used. The sheets weren't washed, and I had to wash them myself the next day. There wasn't even a single laundry pod or dishwashing liquid (the bottle was almost empty). These are the basics that every host should provide. 2) The bathroom was in very poor condition: - There's mold on the bathroom ceiling. - The shower itself is installed oddly; the door opens in a different direction, requiring a lot of effort to get in. - The shower stall leaks and water comes out from all sides. - There's a very unpleasant smell coming from the hole in the floor. - The bathroom window doesn't even close properly, making it cold and damp. 3) Many things didn't work as they should: - The Wi-Fi is poor. I had to use my own internet connection many times because the Wi-Fi was sometimes too slow. Additionally, the same Wi-Fi is available for all apartments in the building. - The air conditioning works, but only at 30 degrees or 16 degrees; you can't set it to, for example, 23 degrees. - The washing machine is quite old and initially I had problems with it. 4) A few important things were missing, such as: - There's no iron. Why provide an ironing board if there's no iron? - There's no good brush – the one that was there was from construction, so it didn't pick up dirt and sand well. - Instead of a good long mop for cleaning the floor, they provided an old and dirty one! 5) The apartment is small, much smaller than in the photos. Summary: For the price, which wasn't cheap, everything should have been perfect, but instead there was mold, dirt, and many broken things. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I've rented many times on the Costa del Sol, and this is the first time I've been disappointed by such poor quality.

Het was erg klein . Dat maak niet zoveel uit als het maar schoon is. Maar het was erg stoffig en alles was smoezelig! Deuren, plinten, badkamer en t terras! Veel was stuk of deed t niet!

De locatie was prima,alles lekker dichtbij.

Het is wat verouderd,maar hoorde dat ze gingen opknappen dus zal heel mooi worden.

Fantastic location, perfect for a couple and confortable enough for a week away.
