MONKÓ ARENA & BEACH

La ubicación es buena, en apenas un par de minutos estas en la playa y tiene cerca la carihuela y el centro de la ciudad. Muy tranquilo.

Es un apartamento muy regular con muy muy pocas prestaciones, se echa en falta algo de limpieza cuando alquilas por varios días. No merece la pena contratar parking dado que en la misma calle es posible aparcar. Tienes que amoldarte a la hora del checkin que roza las 3 de la tarde, por lo menos en mi caso, parte un poco el dia. Otros alojamientos cuidan un poco mas los apartamentos con: - Mejores muebles, sanitarios (este tiene retales para cubrir minimamente el apartamento, ducha rota, una nevera desenchufada para cubrir un hueco de la cocina que posiblemente ocupo un lavavajillas en el pasado) - Algun detalle de bienvenida a los nuevos inquilinos (aunque sea una botella de agua fria) - o aprovisionando un poco mejor la casa (solo nos dejaron dos rollos de papel higuienico, un bote de gel para toda la semana y 3 cápsulas de cafe tiradas por una encimera que conoció mejores tiempos hace 20 años). Durante la semana no cocinamos pero, se cuelan los olores de otros pisos. La limpieza es muy mejorable, ya nada mas llegar la cama tenia pelos de anteriores inquilinos, cubiertos sucios etc.. Maximizan la poca inversión en el piso gracias a la ubicación del apartamento.

It was the first time I came across such a way of check-in - through the application, it was curious, but due to confusion with the arrival time, I had to contact the owner. I think this App problem can be easily solved. I would also say that it is better to do some renovation, especially fix the blinds, install brighter lighting, sharpen knives etc. However, all this is not so significant and condition is still fine, but better cleaning will be a benefit.

Apartment was spacious. Welcoming. Clean. home comforts included

What I liked about the accommodation was that it was close to the beach, that it had a kitchen, a washing machine, a tuner and other kitchen appliances.

I didn't like the bed at the accommodation, because it creaked and the mattress was soft, and the occasional noise of animals that were neighbors or guests.
