Apartment was spotless clean A lot of utensils in kitchen

Location on a busy street (just second floor) meant that noise from the outside was a constant and unbearable presence. It gave the impression of sleeping in the middle of the street. Even late at night, the commotion from the street made it impossible to sleep or find any peace and quiet. In front of the building, there's a narrow one-way street where all the buses pass by. Several times, cars were parked incorrectly, leading to loud honking by the buses. To make matters even worse, the noise from outside could wake you up early in the morning, especially when the garbage collection trucks arrived at 6 am. It felt like there was no escape from the relentless noise. You could also hear sounds from the neighbors, which made it feel like you had no privacy. On one occasion, there was even a small party on the balcony below the apartment. Furthermore, there is a kebab restaurant downstairs with outdoor seating, so you can hear the guests most of the time. Another distressing aspect was the entry hallway, which emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor. The hallway seemed to have a lingering stench of urine that hit you as soon as you left the apartment. One afternoon, I even encountered human feces in the entry hall that remained there until the following noon. This only added to my unease about staying there. In general, I did not feel safe entering and leaving the building. To reach the beach, you need to take a 15-minute walk. In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this apartment for their stay, regardless of the duration.
