Size

Most of the amenities and appliencies are in bad condition. Coffee machine working sometimes. Electricity might disapear.. Water supply might be discobtinued.. Also, barbeque included into the price but not existing because someone damaged. About this case owner didn't provide any feedback. So, not everything is included what is written in description and no discount, no solution.. Poor communication and resolution of issues.

"Beautiful apartment very close to La Carihuela shops, bars, restauarant and beach."

Great location, large rooms, good sea view. Good facilities. Lift from ground floor up to this 9th floor.

Its a duplex apartment with the main accomodation on the lower floor and with the outside sun terrace and second tv lounge is up a very steep narrow staircase which is a bit difficult to climb if you aren't fully mobile.
