Absolutely everything... where to even start... First of all I didn't even get the apartment I booked and paid for, due to some electrical issue or whatever. The one I got definitely didn't cost as much and didn't have the same equipment. I got checked in almost in the evening and in the meantime got almost no communication with the people, managed to talk to someone who spoke very little English. The photos of their apartments are super enhanced and almost fake. Everything was super old, poorly decorated and extremely uncomfortable. Between the bathroom and the room was some sort of sliding door that didn't even close. The pipe of the sink slides out if you open the bottom drawer in the bathroom and the water goes directly on the floor. The aspirator had no pipe so if you use it, all the air just goes inside the cabinet. When the fridge turns on the air-conditioning stops. Horrible mattress, pillows, no blanket just the bedcover that was probably never washed in its existence. Dirty dishes, glasses and cutlery, dirty kitchen rags and towels just left there. Concentrated washing detergent was put in the handsope dispenser. I can keep going but it's not worth it...

Clean, well appointed apartment. Loved the balcony. I’d definitely stay here again.
