Central Studios in Agios Nikitas pedestrian zone

Il mare è praticamente dietro l’angolo e tutti i negozi e le taverne si trovano a due passi dall’appartamento. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. È presente anche l’aria condizionata, che però non abbiamo utilizzato perché non ce n’è stato bisogno. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il balconcino, dove ho trascorso piacevoli momenti di relax la sera, dopo una giornata trascorsa al mare. Katerina, la proprietaria, è una persona davvero squisita: discreta e mai invadente, ma sempre disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio o necessità. Per me e mio figlio è stata una vacanza meravigliosa, all’insegna del relax, con il mare letteralmente sotto casa. Torneremo sicuramente perchè ci siamo sentiti veramente i ben venuti. The apartment was very close to the beach, which was extremely convenient for our family. Overall, the space was clean and comfortable enough for a small family stay.

During our 7-day stay, the apartment was cleaned only once, and I was expecting cleaning services at least every second day. We did receive clean towels though. The furniture was a bit worn out, which gave the place a slightly dated feel.

Pár lépés a boltok, éttermek és a tengerpart. Aranyos kis falu, kedves emberekkel. A lakás jó, konyhafelszerelésekkel, rendben van. Közel van a nyugati és keleti strandokhoz is a város. Mi szeretjük ezt a nyüsgést, nekünk nagyon tetszett - szinte belecsöppensz a falu életébe 🙂

4 személyre van kiadva a lakás, így jó lenne 4 személyre normális ágy. Javaslom, egy kihúzhatós kétszemélyes ágy beszerzését a nappaliba. Kevés a konnektor a lakásban. A szomszédos bárban hajnalig buli van, főleg hétvégén. Minket ez nem zavart, de kisgyerekekel érkezőknek gondot okozhat.

Very nice and cozy apartment in the very center of Agios Nikitas. The restaurants, bars and the beach are right by the apartment. It is not loud during the night. Air conditioner functioned properly, also for the gallery there is a very good ventilator. It is a very clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment. Katerina from the apartment helped us with everything, an earlier check in was also possible for us, it was a great pleasure. You find also sun umbrella for the beach in the apartment. The terasse is also lovely. They change the towels, clean the apartment regularly. There is parking possibility on the main road, it is ca. 4-5 minutes on foot from the apartment but be aware of carrying on the road your luggages and the road is steep a bit. We loved so much to stay in Agios Nikitas and in the Central Studios Apartments, thank you once again, we will gladly come here again!❤️

Clean, spacious, nice design and having all the facilities, including 2 baths. Very close to the beach, with internet and tv, fridge and cookware. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

Maybe if you have little kids you’d like a less loud area.
