Quiet (hear birds singing in the mornings), extremely safe, all mod cons (Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron, etc), large outdoor area with direct garden access and only 3 minutes walk to the main strip. The owner was really quick to respond to queries.

Mattresses were a bit hard. Not issue for us, but awareness for others. Alot of steps to climb from main street but can walk up side road or Ubers call direct.

Honestly, everything. The location, the apartment itself, the terrace, etc. We ended up staying for FOUR weeks. The terrace is great, sun in the morning and shade in the late afternoon/evening. Great for sitting, eating, sunbathing or doing a workout or some yoga. The apartment has a dishwasher, coffeemachine, a new bathroom and a washing machine (even though that is quite normal in Spain).

Some things that could be better: - there's no lock on the backdoor (sliding door). There is a lock on the gate outside the apartment, but it would feel somewhat safer if the sliding door could be locked. - the beds aren't uncomfortable, but they are a bit rickety, if you're above average length/weight, you might find the beds are not suited. - some of the chairs around the bar are defective, not an issue as you can easily sit outside to eat/drink, but they can't be used for working etc.
