Proximity to the beach and other amenities

Extremely uncomfortable couches could barely sit on them. No housekeeping on the weekend so bins were overfull and no spare refuse bags provided. The pool table was out of order and has extremely irritating and noisy guests above and adjacent to our apartment that kept opening our door and kept trying to push it open even after we locked it.
