"Superb"

The room was lovely. Clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and helpful during our short stay and answered all our questions. And the location, neighborhood, and views were gorgeous.

I wasn't aware that non-permit cars could not drive to the property, so we had to walk uphill a bit from our taxi, which we were not expecting. It wasn't too bad, but it would have been nice to understand that walking was involved to get to the room.

"Poor"

No A/C. Ground floor apt. You have to open the windows to have some air. One window looking at the street meaning you hear every car, bike and pedestrian. Not good for sleep or privacy.

"Pleasant but wouldn’t recommend."

The studio appartment was located in a rustic building, very in lieu with the local architecture. The road was very quiet and there are many parking spots around the villa. We also loved the proximity to the beaches.

The kitchen is badly equipped, utensils are bad quality. The owner advertised AC but there was only the portable fan, which was too loud to be used during the very hot croation nights. Also the wifi only works on the patio and not in the studio appartment, which was a huge downside!
