The position...that is all.

The house has major issues which need to be addressed and at this point I would actuall recommend that the property not be rented out until they are address properly. The fixtures are rusting, cutlery old and worn. All the doors had issues and we could not open properly when the sun came out, they were virually not usable. The rain was leaking through the ceiling making the entire house wet and damp... These issue should have been either fixed, or the very least the guest should be informed about so that they could either exept these issues or book another house.

The WiFi was broken and we booked knowing there was wifi as we had 3 people with us that needed to do work and online schooling and was unable to do to the WiFi being broken. These things need to be checked on a daily basis. This is an extremely important factor these days!! The indoor Braai was not allowed to be used due to it being re painted. This should have been done in advance knowing guests were arriving and may want to use it.

the location is absolutely great - can’t get closer to the beach

I felt the bedrooms need a bit of TLC. the main bedroom has a very tiny and uncomfortable double bed. it would really make a huge difference if they had a queen size bed with a decent mattress.
