Replay Condo One Bedroom

Location is in the more quiet area of Ko Samui. There is a scooter rental 2mins away by foot. Only 150baht for 24 hours. The room is super spacious! The shower is amazing and bathtub also. The host is superfriendly and helpful. The washing machine and options to hang your wet clothes are great.

Very clean. Chilled water in fridge on arrival. Very good value.

Great apartment for long stays, I loved it. It has everything you need, including all kitchen gear, washing machine, and free Netflix. Not as flash as photos. The living area seems smaller than room, but practical. Great Big bedroom and big bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Owner repaired shower head. Good enough water pressure and hot water, which I switched off. The air-conditioning works perfectly. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The pool is beautiful, huge, and the cleanest I've ever used. The owner, Paul, is a gem! He always responds within minutes to any query via WhatsApp. I needed change of sheets and towels. He sent them to me. Gave me a free lift to ATM and was there to help me with luggage in and out of the apartment. Can't praise him enough. The grounds and gardens are pretty and have basketball and tennis courts. I highly recommend for up to 2 people.

The location: too far away from restaurants and shopping. Need a car or motorcycle, which I didn't have for 2 weeks. So Paul gave me the name and number of Pom, a kind lady taxi driver. Unfortunately, every shopping trip cost 300 baht... not much in Euros but expensive in AUD $15. It's unfortunate that you have to pay for the cleaning of the apartment at 500 baht. It should be included. The balcony is tiny and not a pretty view: onto the car park and buildings in front. But lovely bird songs. The door to balcony from living area needs repair: it makes very loud noise on closing. Bad for neighbours in the middle of the night. No fault of flat: The beach is not private, awful, and full of rocks. If you want a swim, you have to walk over 1km to the far end area without rocks, but swim between boats. Water is not blue but brown.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The complex is quite.

amazing communication with the Paul (I assume the building manager) and he helped us with anything we needed. room came equipped with everything, was everything you could possible need in there. really comfortable bed also

balcony doors were quite noisy especially as the weather was bad, it sounded as though the doors were about to collapse every night, the sauna also not working during our stay which was disappointing
