As a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current official ID prior to arrival, for the arrival detail to be sent, we only need to show your full name and photo. Guests who are not registered on the reservation are not allowed to enter. Noise is limited from 23:00 to 08:00. No Parties or ‘Quiet Gatherings’ are allowed. Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay. On arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your yard to monitor the above point. Upon arrival, we will ask you for a security deposit of $1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed kw limit during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

Muy bonito todo , lo único fue él tiempo que nosotros tuvimos para disfrutarlo más tiempo, para la próxima esperamos llegar más temprano para disfrutarlo al máximo

No aplica desayuno la ubicacion es muy buena

las fotos no están actualizadas ni la información , no tiene lavadora como lo anuncia, se debe de avisar que no se resurten los básicos como papel higiénico , jabón ni shampoo si es que se va a estar mas de un día y que estos productos los tiene que comprar el huésped. el baño no tiene un tapete por lo que el baño irremediablemente queda mojado. las sabanas están desgastadas por lo que se debe de tener cuidado para que no se rompan y en algunos lugares ya están rotas. le hace falta cuidado ya que tiene paredes sucias y contactos descuidados además de que faltan focos.

La ubicación es lo que vale la pena

Le falta mucho mantenimiento, los apagadores funcionan mal, mucho ruido por todas partes, enagua caliente se va constantemente.

Segunda vez que me hospedo en vecino apartament y todo bien . Me encanta la ubicación ya que esta cerca dw avenidas principales. Muvjo transporte público. Cerca de playa fox y plazas importantes como Andamar y el dorado . En la noche cerca de ahi hay puestos de comida casi llegando al zocalo de boca la cafetería que está dentro del edificio La alberca siempre está limpia Es muy familiar

Algunos detalles con la instalación pero no interfieren con el hospedaje

"Tranquilidad y comodidad"

Las instalaciones en general son muy comodas, yo fui a participar al triatlon y el acceso me quedo excelente, pude guardar mi bici dentro de las instalaciones lo cual me dio mucha tranquilidad. El BRUNCH que es el restaurante con que cuentan en el loft esta excelente, ahi atiende Jacobo que es una gran persona. Yo espero regresar el proximo año a participar en el triatlon y seguramente estare ahi. Mi ainfitriona fue Sugey y tambien estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estancia al 100% El lugar es totalmente familiar y seguro a unos pasos de la playa lo cual lo hace muy recomendable
