Große, saubere, warme Räumlichkeiten

Die Couch im Wohnzimmer sehr einfache Ausführung und dazu auch noch kaputt. Die Tür zur Terrasse ging nicht richtig zu, klemmte, also auch kaputt. Sehr dunkel in den Räumen. Fernseher nur 2 Programmen. Handtuchhalter musste man jedesmal wieder in die Wand stecken, leider auch kaputt. Sehr aber auch sehr harte Matratzen in dem Zimmer mit zwei Betten. Das Doppelbett quietsche so sehr, dass man Angst hatte sich zu bewegen um anderen nicht zu wecken.

Es lagen keine Unterlagen für die Kurtaxe da.

Very close to everything and spacious

The apartment is is nice location, quiet street, very spacious and clean.

I am not sure where things went completely wrong, but it was an absolute nightmare to get the details of how to receive the keys. I did not receive any communication from the owner and customer service of the booking.com did not get too far either. I've emailed across multiple messages but never heard back from the owner. Eventually the owner said that response with instruction were sent to me (never received it) and also that the information as passed to the booking.com customer service but the instructions were so vague that it was not helpful. Eventually keys were obtained. Hair dryer would be nice to have.
