Even though I booked. Owner said another party already booked that and don't come. Then how I received the confirmation? Poor service.

It was value for money, we got the entire apartment for around 10k.

I had made the booking through booking.com nearly 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. When we tried to check in, the person in charge told that they couldn’t give us the apartment since it was already occupied. We were a group of three girls and the disappointment was real. However, after an hour, they probably switched the occupant of the apartment to another room, cleaned the apartment and offered it to us. I feel like their customer service definitely needs improvement since the person looking after the property was forgetful many times and unprofessional. (Eg: he adamantly said he gave us the room key and nearly blamed us for misplacing it when the key was in his pocket the entire time.) In terms of the amenities: AC was working well in the two rooms and living area. TV was available, though we didn’t use it. Hot water was not working, which was a disappointment. The water pressure was good and in general, the bathrooms were okay. The kitchen didn’t have glasses so we had to resort to plastic disposable cups they provided on request. The fridge and freezer had a lot of mould growing, which again was a bad sight. The cooker and gas were available - along with a few pots and pans.
