Die Wohnung war ausreichend ausgestattet und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

Die Matratzen sind leider durchgelegen und müssten mal erneuert werden und es hat sehr lange gedauert eh warmes Wasser kommt. Aber es kam welches.😉

Der eigene Zugang und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür sind sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber schön eingerichtet und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Möglichkeit im Sommer einen Außensitzplatz zu nutzen, der exklusiv der Wohnung zugeordnet und durch die Terrassentüre einfach zu erreichen ist, ist toll und keinesfalls selbstverständlich. Insgesamt eine schöne kleine Wohneinheit die wir gerne empfehlen.

Leider sind die Fugen der Dusche relativ stark von Schimmel befallen. Dies hat sich auch in der Raumluft im Bad bemerkbar gemacht. Wer hier empfindlich ist sollte da aufpassen. Wir empfehlen diese einmal zu entfernen und neu zu machen. Keine große Sache, aber eine nachhaltige, positive Wirkung.
