"Great for family"

The location of the apartment was perfect for us. Walking distance to two supermarkets (Aldi, lidl). Apartment itself is really specious with everything you need. Parking on the side, behind closed gate. Can't say anything bad about it.

"Great base for touring the area"

Good base for us as we were in Italy for the Andrea Bocelli concert in Marostica mainly with a couple of free days. Very safe and secure with gated access and greeted on arrival and departure. It was 28⁰ every day and still 20+ at night so the aircon was great to have especially as its a busy noisy main road outside but quiet at night and daytime with shutters and windows closed. Great place to stay as a base if you are out all day. For Venice we drove around 30 mins to Mira-Mirano train station with plenty of free parking then a ticket to St Lucia station is about €2 each way and pretty frequent.

We were out all day every day so it suited us well and I'd highly recommended the apartment for that basis. Bear in mind it is 2nd floor with stair access so not really suited for people with mobility issues. The only thing I'd maybe suggest is providing a kettle for brews but that's just because we are tea drinking Brits !!
