The location is very nice with a great sea view and the unit is very spacious. Nice big balcony with a braai area.

The fact that there are no fiber points to watch some movies on rainy days. There are a few items that can be replaced as you can see it is old and dirty.

Location and view is wonderful. Restaurant below helps and kids play area

The pot sizes are not suitable for cooking for a bigger family or group. No bath mats or a mat in the flat.
