The property is excellent furnished to the highest standard. It is clean and very well maintained and we hope to return again.

Very clean and cool with good comfortable beds and furniture. A few mins from the Naples to Sorrento railway station.

Large, very clean property with large terrace giving excellent view of Mt Vesuvius. Close to shops and restaurants. Vico Equense is a lovely Italian town. Very good train access to surrounding archaeological sites and towns.

Minor points. A reading lamp would be appreciated in the twin bed room. We would have liked more healthy options for breakfast. Breakfast included in price was very sweet.

Very clean, spacious, attractive, comfortable and well appointed space. The food he stocked made for a relaxed first morning rather than running out for provisions although the grocery was very close. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Everything including the train station was walkable. We used this as a base for Pompeii / Herculaneum (the Circumvesuviana to and from Vico was a very crowded train but we managed).

Really no problems at all- only very small issues such as a very firm mattress (not my preference).

Breakfast was a collection of jams, juices and yoghurts left for us when we arrived. OK, as a basis but not to provide a full breakfast everyday. Flat was 10 minute walk from local train station, ideal for visiting Pompeii and Naples. Also close to local restaurants and bars. Pizza Metro a hundred metres from the flat provides, as its name suggests, pizza by the metre, and was very good.

We spent a very happy six days at this gorgeous apartment in Vico Equense. Everything about our stay was perfect: the apartment was wonderfully comfortable, clean and well-equipped, and Luca was a generous and welcoming host who made check-in smooth and responded quickly to any questions we had. The outside seating area was lovely for a glass of limoncello in the evenings, and my son thoroughly enjoyed the Xbox. The location was wonderful: above a little row of shops where we were able to buy everything we wanted, and the locals were so friendly and welcoming. We wandered along to Bar Aldo for their delicious gelato every evening. The Circumvesuviana train station was less than a ten minute walk away, and the Curreri coach dropped us off in the middle of town, from where it was easy to get our luggage to the apartment. The Flai apartment has to be one of the nicest places I have stayed in on my travels, and I recommend it without hesitation to everyone.

Nothing - everything was fabulous!

It’s the cleanest appartment I’ve ever stayed in, there’s is nothing bad I can say about this appartment. Very close to the train station and center. The fridge is full with yogurt, milk and juice. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and very friendly host. The second room has a view of Mt. Vesevius. Supermarket close by and also fish market downstairs. 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. Cleaning did a really good job of maintaining the cleanliness of the appartment.

Amazing room, the host was very accommodating especially eagerly storing our luggage after check out and arranging transfer too and from the airport.

Need clearer instructions on how to use the multiple recycling bins.

The apartment is spacious with a lovely lounge and dining area and very comfortable lounge suite that coverts into a sleeper couch. The main bedroom is large with comfortable bed. The second bedroom is also large to fit 2 single beds comfortably and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is adequate with nice shelving in the shower for your bathroom products. The basin is huge and there is plenty of space for bathroom products around the basin. The second bathroom just has a basin and toilet with washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped and the food that is provided for breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The location is perfect for sight seeing, to access the train and easy access to Sorrento. The host was very attentive when we had no hot water or water pressure, and attended to it immediately, he also replaced the toilet seat immediately when we had informed him that the bolt had rusted through. There is a patio off the second bedroom with a stunning view over the Naples bay. There is also ample space to hang washing and the back patio has a lovely mountain view.

Could have used more towel hooks in the bathroom as there were 4 of us staying in the house and there are only 2 hooks for towels. Could also have more hooks in the kitchen for kitchen towels. The second bedroom with the two single beds could have a bedside lamp.
