Apartamento SARA en el complejo Teguisol

We liked the location and the pool on the complex.

We found the apartment not to be very well equipped and some things needed replacing. It stated in the description there was an oven but it did not have one.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner responded very quickly to any enquiries and was very helpful. Very good value for money.

The terrace is large but is shaded with only a slither of sunlight late afternoon which for me was a shame. It makes the apartment quite dark but in the summer it would keep it cool. The next door neighbour is residential with small dogs that can yap a lot which was annoying at times. Nothing the owner can do about that and any neighbour residential or not can be noisy.

It is great that there is swimming pool just next to the appartement. Also beach is quite close. Nice terrasse

Bed in the bedroom was definitely in a bad shape. Mattress was very high and also very soft so it felt almost like water bed, not much comfortable. Also bed headboard was bot properly attached and it was banging into the wall when you moved just a little on the bed. Sofa in the living room was OK for kids.

Great location near the ocean and bus stop to wherever You wanna go on Lanzarote. Stores and restaurants are also nearby. The apartment has a lot of space and all the necessary equipment. The host arranges everything as it should be.

The apartment was spacious and very clean, the complex is well maintained with lovely gardens.

There is no reception, so no safety deposit box which I always like to have to safely store my money and passport.

The apartment was excellent, very spacious & clean on arrival with plenty of cooking facilities to self cater.The 2 pool areas were excellent and plenty of room to sunbathe etc... I found the complex very secure and safe. The pool bar is open most days for drinks and basic food menu available.

No codes to key box, gates or apartment number given until I arrived. Surely this can be given beforehand? I had to call/text for this information.The map to show the apartment location was not good, as there are several hundred apartments within the complex.I had to ask people to find it as reception is permanently closed. The apartment is not cleaned during the stay. 20 mins walk to main centre square.
