The Wee Thistle Loch Ness

The accommodation was fully equipped, lovely and clean, and an excellent location for Loch Ness and tourist attractions. Small private outdoor area.

A little on the small side, and when upstairs was occupied a little noisy.

A very warm welcome awaits at this fabulous little cottage . The owner welcomed us upon arrival and gave us plenty of tips on local attractions and places to eat. If you do venture out to eat go to the local Chinese best I have eaten in years!! A short stroll to drumnadrochit and opposite direction to Urquhart Castle. So peaceful and has everything you could possibly need and some extras ...we will deff be back once we have explored other parts of our beautiful land . West lewiston will hold a special place in our hearts for a long long time thank you for having us xx

Everything! The Wee Thistle was perfect, very comfortable, great amenities, the host is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Can't fault perfect! Great location for getting round all of Loch Ness

Great location to visit Fort Augustus, Inverness and surrounding areas.

Property owners, Sarah and Ian, are extremely welcoming. The accommodation is very well presented with top of the line fittings. The Wee Thistle is suitable for couples, self-contained with dishwasher, microwave, stove, and washing machine. As international travellers, the washing machine was most welcome! There's a private sitting area adjacent to the unit as well as very accessible parking. The deck area at the rear of the property, which looks over the river running behind the property, is an added bonus and very comfortable, we had beautiful weather and spent quite a lot of time there. There are restaurants in the village, but make sure you book! The Chinese takeaway is quite good. Drumnadrochit is a pretty little village on Loch Ness and worth visiting.

There's a unit above The Wee Thistle and when occupied it's a little noisy, foot steps and muffled talking. Didn't keep us awake but we were aware they were there.

Very clean and comfortable, and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Have used again and will continue to whenever I can.
