Casa Papaveri Rossi

The studio was perfect for our family of four. The garden and calm setting are only a short walk from the shops and with all the delicious food we ate the walk was much appreciated. We really had the feeling of being away from all the hustle and bustle of town during high season without having to walk far or drive. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The only very small issue was parking on the weekend. There is a free public parking lot by the studio but on the weekend it was hard to find a spot. Our advice would be to leave the car on the weekend in its spot but the other days we did not have a problem.

Excellent location with lovely garden, also near to sea, mountains and shop. Thank to the owners, we felt like home. It is very recommended if you want to have a peaceful sleep after a long day of climbing.

Great location - within a few minutes easy bike ride to beach and cafés. Lovely quiet setting, lovely views of the valley and nice buildings around. Kind, knowledgeable and very helpful host. Really fun to use the fun little bikes they provided to get to the beach, Finalborgo, etc. Has a safe place to store MTBs.

Sound insulation to the other rooms is poor - you can hear a lot through the walls. Not very private since people walk right past the windows.. Kitchen equipment is basic (would have liked to have scissors to open food packets, a sharp knife for chopping, and an espresso maker instead of only the moka - but that's personal preference).

Host came to pick us up on the road to show us the way to the parking.
