We stayed here last October . Since then it has had little to no maintenance. One bed was broken . The light didn’t work in the toilet room . The oven can’t be used. The carpet was stained and torn . The price has increased . It was extremely difficult to check the key code from the manager despite multiple phone calls,texts and WhatsApp messages. There were on trash bags for kitchen trash bin and no dish towel.

There was no food provided.

There were not enough towels. Only bath towels were provided. There were no cleaning products. The bath didn't have a stopper. Luckily there was a roll of toilet paper for 7 people and 2 bathrooms, but we bought some. No AC on our arrival, the house was a furnace. The second-story bathroom looked like it was still under construction. We didn't have access to the stove and the backyard to cook, or barbeque.

For the price I hadn't expected nothing fancy. Perfect for a large groupe of people. It was kinda dirty and half of the things didn't work, but it was comfy.

Oven didn't work Only one tv worked, but remote had the worst batteries known to mankind.

Nice place, very quiet.

I think we didn’t know how the electricity works in UK but we had some issues with the heater upstairs and some lights, but I as say the host told us it was a normal thing.

The location was exactly where we needed to be . large apartment.

carpet needs to be cleaned . kitchen could have used a hand towel for dishes

location was fine since we went to visit family nearby, kitchen was clean even if in poor state. enough bedrooms. A terrace available. forks and spoons were missing but brought to me upon request. 3 towels provided for 5 people, we went to buy some. bedsheets were clean.

the state of the entire property was poor and not very clean. Beds very uncomfortable on fist floor. 2nd floor beds ok. when I choose this property there were pictures of a bathroom and a shower-room, the shower room was not available. there are pictures of tv in all rooms but they are not working, only the one in living-room is. Fridge was not working but freezer ok. no mirror in the bathroom. I had to clean up the entire place before departure not to be charged 150 pounds (message sent by owner)

We have rented a property from booking.com TownHouse4bedRoomHouse confirmation number 2510286141. • Upon entrance there was a dismantled wall and weeds everywhere • Kitchen- water damage/ceiling damage/ alot of dirt everywhere/not enough cutlery glasses/only 1 garbage bag was provided/broken kitchen cupboards/ disgustingly filthy oven filters/not enough chairs around dining table • Only 3 towels provided which where still wet and we were a party of 7 • Living room- Holes and markings on walls/wires and pipes running around ( that is a huge hazard for kids)/ only 3 seater sofa • Outdoor area- No cushions on the outdoor furniture/wooden partition broken (not safe) and we had children with us/backdoor couldn't be locked. We just found a shovel holding the door/ BBQ all rusty and couldn't be used and not to mention all the weeds in the garden • Carpets- dirty and thorn carpets • Bedrooms- all bedrooms had wet sheets upon arrival/ uncomfortable mattresses and broken bed. Upon entrance of one of the 'spare' bedrooms there was a piece of metal sticking out from the carpet and it was a high safety hazard !! • Doors- all manky and dirty and broken • TV- 2 TV's of bedroom did not have service • Bathrooms- Dirty bathroom and toilet is an understatement with alot of broken things. Only 1 toilet paper was provided for 7 people for a whole week/ unused metal pipes coming out from the floor which are also hazardous! Bathroom accessories all rusty and broken/shower head pipe was loose and water was coming out from everywhere so we took the initiative to fix it with duct tape We had to clean ourselves and alot of dirt came out. We had to buy our own towels , Toilet paper, kitchen cloths, garbage bags. Part of the 'dining toom' there was an unused fridge that didn't work and stank alot. We have never experienced a rental accommodation such in disarray.
