Belle Vue Terrace Apartment

Great location in the middle of Great Malvern and a short walk from hill paths. Good size for four people, clean and well equipped. A little home-from-home. We loved it.

Second floor flat so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. A musty smell on the stairway but the flat itself was lovely.

The flat was exceptionally clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equiped . The decoration was clean and fairly new, the bed was brilliant and very comfortable. Considering the flat faced a main road, it was very quiet at night, and the heating was very efficient. It was located very conviently to 2 restaurants and a couple of cafes and very close to the main shopping area.

The lighting in the living room was not good, couldn't see to read or do anything much. Although I understand why and its not anything the owner can rectify, the entrance hall and stairs were particularly dirty and smelt of must and mould, so it was an unpleasant experience to come back to, but once inside the flat it was fine. If this flat was in a different building it would be heaven. It was impossible to open any of the windows in the bedroom as there were no sash cords , we do like fresh air at night.There were parking problems, but thats not anything that can be attributed to the owner of the flat, but visitors need to be aware.

Great location at the top of the town. Easy access to walks and shops

Entrance hall/stairs a bit untidy. WiFi network and passcode in the visitor's book is incorrect. Please update.
