ZAZAThe location is excellent and close to many attractions in Hartbeespoort. The area felt peaceful and offered beautiful surroundings. The unit was generally clean and provided the basics needed for a short stay. Hartbeespoort itself remains a wonderful destination for a weekend getaway.
Difficulty gaining access on arrival as the intercom was unattended and contact numbers were unavailable. No remote control was provided for gate access, making entry and exit inconvenient. Parking was a challenge, as entering and exiting the property required assistance or waiting for access. The apartment did not match the photos advertised on the listing. Basic furniture shown in the photos, including a kitchen table and couch, was missing. The WiFi was very unreliable and rarely worked during our stay. Communication and guest support could be improved significantly.

It is nog very clean the bedding had marks on and the shower was horrible dirty!

The parking space, the room interior didn’t feel welcoming and warm, there was no water in the morning the security guard even offered that perhaps i boil water from the pool 🤷🏻♀️until another colleague came and assisted with back up. It was just a disaster

We expected a smart TV, so we couldn't even watch DSTV as it was not an HD. We had to watch our favorite shows on our phone which was not ideal at all It was difficult to balance water in the shower because there is no mixer. Medium couch in the bedroom could be added for relaxation.
