The location of the appartment was amazing as the city centre was 5 min by foot. It was very safe and there was no fear of someone stealing. The owner was amazing and she provided us with everything that we needed.

Great location, easy check in, very helpful staff.

Bedroom didn’t have aircon so had to leave the bedroom door open all night to keep cool, which meant bedroom wasn’t as dark as we would have preferred.

The apartment was beautiful, the view of the ocean amazing. It was super clean and well equipped with everything you can imagine, washing machine, snacks, fruits, water, coffee, etc. The host was super nice and welcoming and understanding (we were a bit loud sometimes) and stayed out of your way even though the host lives in the same building. The location is wonderful, close to everything in the old town and directly by the sea. With closed windows, there is almost no noise from the street. And there is an elevator that goes directly into the apartment.

Nothing. Maybe it is interesting to know for some people that there were motion detectors and cameras at the entrance to the apartment house.

Irene was Professional, warm & welcoming. Always prompt with her interactions. Irene welcomed us at the door, ensured we knew all the bits and pieces we needed to have a lovely stay. And provided some personal touches as in coffee, fruit that were much appreciated.

Nothing all was Lovely

The apartment is incredible. It has an amazing view, enough space, all the things you need for a perfect stay. Bed is comfortable, wifi works fine, room temperature is ok. Didn't have any problem with noises, you sleep like a baby. Location is perfect, close to some city attractions and you can walk by to take the bus for Cnosos. And the best is the host! Love her, she was welcoming, friendly and provides all the info you may need. She also leaves a couple of gifts (olive oil is paradise). Next time I come back to Crete, I'll stay here for sure!

Street by the building is quite busy and loud, but we had no trouble sleeping (with ear plugs :))

The Wi-Fi was rather poor, unfortunately.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. The only thing missing was an air conditioner in the bedroom, which would have been nice during the warmer nights. However, everything else was perfect, and we felt very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend this place to others.
