Location is superb, the apartment has nice layout, clean and functional. Alex was very accommodation and helpful. Thank you very much!

The host was great for communications. The location is great and everything is walking distance. A/c was in every room, shower was hot and great water pressure. All pictures are accurate. For coffee and a snack head down to Gregory’s, Greg makes some delish coffee. Tell them Brian and Gina sent you!

Everything was great. Close to the city and the port and the town to shop and eat

The parking was a little difficult but we were able to contact the owner and he responded quickly to tell where to park

The apartment was brilliant, ideally located for all Heraklion has to offer and with an amazing view from the balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean and check in was seamless - highly recommended

The layout and quality The location with outstanding view of the Venetian fortress and harbour. All the shops and restaurants just around the corner and up the hill

The view was awesome and the apartment was clean and and stylish and roomy, and located at the bottom of the pedestrian shopping street. There was a roundabout below us and some may not like the sound of cars but for us, it was white noise peppered with Greek speakers. Did I mention the view? (See photo) The guests before us had smoked in the apt (gross...in a non-smoking apt? Pigs!) and I smelled it as did Alex, the owner/mgr, and after I called him and told him I wasn't happy, he responded immediately, apologized, brought candles, and spray to mask the smoke smell (we declined...more smells?), and he said not to worry, the smell should dissipate with the windows open. He thought after being cleaned earlier, it had been shut up tight locking in the smell. I was skeptical but we went out, came back, and it was gone (after 2 hours). All to say, guests sometimes don't follow the rules and that's out of the proprietor's control, but how Alex quickly responded, took on the problem, even offered to put us up in another unit for a night (we declined) showed me what he repeatedly told me: "I just want you to be happy." After not detecting any smoke smell, I was happy.

A tad confusing to find the address in the midst of chaotic traffic in turnaround. We'd rented a car and had to find a spot to pull over to locate it but finally did. Look for the name of the unit on the door.
