Gălăgios, de la canalizare la circulatie locuinta nu are nici minimum de izolatie .....nu am putut sa dorm Articole de igiena a fost un gel de dus pentru bărbați oaspetele fiind femeie!

The location is super good and very close to the harbor, the market square, and shopping area. The balcony offers a nice sea view and partial harbor view. The check-in procedure is very easy to follow.

Great location, cozy atmosphere, very accommodating hosts.

There is only one air conditioner in the kitchen/living room. The bedroom does not have one and it was too warm for us to sleep there. We slept in the sofa of the living room. A second key would also be very much appreciated.

The location of the apartment is great and there is a parking very close (3€/day) that can be used.

The air-condition wasn't working which made our stay a nightmare (late July) because it was hot and sleeping in the bedroom with the window open was impossible due to street lights pointing directly to our head and too much noise. We contacted the host the next morning who tried to find a solution, however we were forced to wait in the apartment, arrange and schedule meetings with the AC technicians during our holiday, which should be the responsibility of the host and not ours. The AC could not be fixed, so the host said that she will install a new one the next day and offered to relocate us to Ag. Pelagia to another property for the next night, which we accepted since especially due to my pregnancy I couldn't stay another night in that apartment. After continuous calls, arrangements, etc the next day it turned out that the A/C again wouldn't be fixed (third day) and we decided to cancel our booking. The experience with booking was also horrible because the previous day they told us not to worry and if the AC wasn't fixed they would relocate us because this is a technical problem with the property and also not to worry about not finding alternatives to relocate because they see more availability than the us in their system... And when we called to start the relocation process they said that it is totally up to the host to accept this and they would not help us or compensate us and we have to make another booking on our own. We were forced into discussions with the host and booking for getting our refund and in the end the host kept the first two nights in full (one that we couldn't really sleep and the other that we slept 30km away on another place) plus 10-15€ more. It was truly our most horrible stay ever and we have really traveled a lot. The stay really ruined our holidays, spending 3 days in discussion and arrangements, then having to relocate, then worrying for our refund, overpaying our next stay due to low availability.

The front door to building key and lock 1 we did not get the code to get the key We tried for over an hr to contact the owner No reply we then contacted booking.com who also tried to contact the owner After another few hrs Booking started to organise other accommodation when the owner finally responded to Booking. Com We managed to get the code to get the key When we tried to open the door the key would not work We tried for another hr and spoke with booking when the owner arrived He told us there was a problem with the lock and it was tricky he knew the trick and opened the door The next day we had booked a tour and couldn’t open the door to get out Once again we called the owner who arrived and opened the door it was now to late for us to go on the tour We wasted two days The owner is aware of the tricky key but hadn’t got it fixed We we’re also concerned that if there was a fire we could get out Booking need to get someone to check the property I want to be compensated for two days wasted and the money I had paid for my tour I have complained to Booking but I have NOT had any response from them Very dissapointed with this booking

The kitchen was well equipped

The location was not good, quite run down. The stairs very old and steep, front door very difficult to open, not safe if u need to get out in a hurry.
