Great location. Apartment felt like home. Slept well on very good bed. Our host was very nice and helpful. Had a great time.

The apartment was spotless clean. New comfortable stylish furniture. Nice decoration. Television in every room with Netflix and other similar services. comfortable beds. Has all the amenities you might need. Location is good close to markets and restaurants. Quiet street. Very easy self check-in. Private parking in the building. There were some taxi number cards and a hiking map which was the reason we were there for! Best host ever!! The owner is a wonderful nice lady really. We found a nice complimentary basket waiting for us upon arrival in the kitchen with water bottles and some sweet bread. She stayed in touch with me, checking if everything was good or if we needed anything. There was a whole set of towels per person but mid stay (I was there for 10 days) she insisted on sending fresh sheets and towels, which was really helpful specially when you have 3 little kids! I recommend this apartment to everyone not just families and I'm definitely stating there again next time I'm in Heraklion.

Very nice apartment with all you need.

Clean, well equipped, comfortable, large smart tv with Netflix, small gifts in refrigerator from the owner.

We didn't have warm water in the bathroom when we arrived late in the evening but the owner explained us how to start a boiler in the morning and after that everything was ok. If you travel for work you won't receive any actual invoice for your company so you'll maybe have a problem with that.

The apartment has a wonderful design and is very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room for your luggage and fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely come back if visiting the city again. Location is very convenient - nice walk to the old town so you don’t have to bother with the car. The most important is the host who is exceptionally friendly and helpful!

The only issues are about the building in general, not the flat by itself. The elevator is small so we could not take the baby stroller upstairs. The parking place is small and very very hard to maneuver, but we happy with it because there is no place to park outside the building.

The apartment was very spacious (could quite comfortably host 6 people), nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was pretty and well-equipped, and the kitchen was equipped almost like a normal home!

We booked the apartment on the same day (early afternoon) because of an issue with previous accommodation, and unfortunately it took us a while to get in touch with the host. He told us the apartment actually wasn't ready, so we had to wait for a bit longer for it to get cleaned, and in some places it wasn't cleaned very well. He said they generally don't accept bookings on the same day, but that's no excuse if it's available on booking.com. Also, the location is quite far away from Heraklion centre, and it's a little difficult to find.

Everything was amazing ! The host was very frendly and polite ! Very helping and receptive ! The apartament was super clean and cozy ! Loved the decor and the ambient ! A plus for us was the towels , very soft and quality ! The kitchen was very good equipited , had everything you could need ! even good knofes The check in and check out process was quick and easy ! Also in reality it looks biger and more spacious then in the photos ! Good raport quality-price ! We will deffenetly consider comeing back here !
