"Great little apartment for Port/Airport connection"

Apartment is located about a 30 minutes walk from the city centre but really good location with regards to the port and airport. Simple, clean and tidy with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. We were met by George the host on arrival who was so welcoming and showed us around the property , joined us for a welcome drink and provided us with recommendations for the local area (goats milk ice cream must be tried!) Great value for money and the shower was a plus as well. Would stay again.

Could occasionally hear noise from outside but wasn't really an issue for us.

First of all we want to thank George for his amazing hospitality, kindness, generosity. He gave us good tips to enjoy Heraklion in 1 day. Amenities (kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, air cleaner)

"Brilliant place to stay for the night. Perfect for an early ferry!"

It was clean, tidy and modern. It had everything we needed in it and the washing machine was great after a week of travelling! The host George was very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived. He also showed us how everything worked and we were given a bonus welcome drink! It is a perfect location for the port. We had an early ferry and walked there within 15 minutes. The city centre is a bit further and you need to be prepared to walk for at least 30-40mins to get there but it is a pleasant walk.

We arrived in Heraklion too early to check in. It would have been great to have somewhere to store our luggage.
