Ottimo residence, ha tutto il necessario per il confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento è esattamente come nella descrizione, molto accogliente e pulito. Il host molto cordiale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda o richiesta.

Purtroppo durante tutto il nostro soggiorno la piscina al quinto piano era chiusa e non abbiamo potuto usufruirne, peccato.

given a choice would be on lower floor as not keen on heights but did not take anything away from my stay just my own preference

Very close to the beach, restaurants/bars and couple of 711 stores, also on the Bhat Bus route. Gym is well equipped and building also has pool tables, reading/study room, kids playroom and a large infinity swimming pool. The manager Kuno arranged a taxi ride from BKK airport to the AirBnB, and was also responded timely to any queries we had. The balcony, while small, did provide a decent (partially obstructed) view of the sea. The building is very well maintained and noise from other rooms was minimal.

The master bedroom had a queen bed and single bed, which took up most of the room. Likewise, the second bedroom had a queen bed which took up about 80% of the available space. Would have been better to have sofa beds. There is very little room to put away clothes as the large closet in both rooms did not have any shelving units.

very comfortable stay with great facilities

The room is not real large for a family however we were only 2 people and it was perfect. The bedroom had a cupboard to store the clothes etc and the bed was large and comfortable. The shower, toilet and basin were all in the one room with ample space to move around. The kitchen is not large but big enough to prepare a meal if needed and also a large fridge to store food. The lounge area is ample for perhaps 4 to feel comfortable and all facing the television. The best of all for us was being able to sit and observe the sea view for miles and also witness the Chinese New Year fire works.
