Pool big and beautiful

No room service beds hard as a rock no top mattress no double sheets furniture stains Doors not very secure could easily be breached washing machine didn't work.

The lady was very nice and helpful I definitely recommend it.

Jaut a bit far from the beach but that's not an issue if you rent a motor bike or car.

7 seas is great but this room is no good,air-conditioned broken,balcony flooded, bathroom flooded,needs heaps of maintenance ,not recomended

We chose it because of the pool and location being in Jomtien but not too close to the busy areas. Location is good and the pool area would be fantastic if it was maintained properly (not the apartment owners fault but there are lots of broken tiles, dangerous screws and broken railings around the pool areas).

Very sad decor, looks worse when you see it compared to photos Quite worn in places, water damage in the bathroom and toilet, damage to surfaces in the kitchen. Looks like a wardrobe unit repurposed as a table! Drying rack rotten and leg collapsed. Very little storage, no wardrobe in the main bedroom and only a small cupboard in the 2 bedroom Water pressure very poor, shower head needs replacing as barely a dribble from that and not much better from the rain head. Remote controls for aircon either need new batteries or need replacing, we got by with 1 working during the trip with a 2nd working intermittently. Beds were very hard, typical thai beds if you are a frequent traveller if not basically thai mattresses are a wooden box with a 2inch topper on them not at all like western style beds. The resort itself is a clever idea with seven interlinked swimming lagoons with the apartment blocks slotted between them so you have easy access to the water from everywhere. The resort has not been built to the best of standards with cracks in buildings noticeable everywhere, the pool also when new must have been great but now there are signs of wear and tear everywhere with tiles missing, the main pumps clearly failed a while ago so they now use mobile pumps daily to recycle and clean the water. The swimming area is its biggest attraction and is still worth coming if you have kids who like to swim as the slides and waterfalls are still great fun. Overall when booked I thought it was a good price for this accommodation during the off peak season in Thailand now I have visited I have clearly overpaid. I would suggest the owner urgently redecorate and repair the apartment and an prospective visitors ask whether she has or not.

Gym was good enough for upper body and cardio. Air con. Kitchen. 7-11 very close.

The room was far from the entrance by a long walk. The hotel is 3km from jomtien. Bed hard, horrible, sofa bed unusable broken. Walls very thin. Charged cash on arrival and higher than booking was meant to charge. Nothing given for free like toilet paper etc. Had no idea this was an apartment. Cold showers basically every night. Pool gets practically no sun. Dirty utensils.
