Difficully getting keys. Then after took the 4200 bhat for 1 week (which the same apaetment is £260 for entire month,off other 'hosts' i then had to pay 3600bhat to the juristic officer so they would turn on water and electric on apartment, as the 'sub letters' had not paid it on months. I met with them on last day to say booking.com said 4200bhat was ALL TAXES -HIDDEN CHARGES ETC COVERED IN PRICE. I ASKEX FOR THE MONEY NACK FOR PAYING THE BILL OR A FURTHER 5DAYS ON APARTMENT, THRU REFUSED, AND NOW MY BUDGET IS DOWN DUE TO TO THIS DECEPTION, THE ENTIRE FLOOR HAD NO INTERNET. AND THE PICTURES WERE OF ONE OF THE BIGGER APARTMENTS AND NOT THE ONE I GOT, and the 'bed' was a pull down sofa, which everyone knows theyay b okay for 1 night at a friends house, but the entire week on what was supposed to be a nice relaxing holiday, therea more but im getting depressed thinking of it, of course booking .com wont take responsibility for extra charges, if i knes i was paying 7800bhat. I woulve rented foe a month in same building qhich expedia had on its list. But due to budget i couldt. And i NEVER book when i see 'private host' which booking did not advertise. But it was exactly thay.

See above, after stress of translating via google app for an hour i finally got the bill. No care was given that i arrived 1 hour earlier and the bill was may/june. Andit was july now. But the resort itself was beautiful, gym, sauna, infinity pool. All free of charge, but for the price i eventually paid for 1 week. Im still annoyed at fact i could of had same type apartment for month advertised on expedia. So the resort and staff were great, booking.coms deception and 'private hosts' crimianl act (fraud+deception) was what spoiled it foe me.

Great condo development with 2 amazing swimming pools and a good gym. Small mall style area with a shop, 2 cafes and a bar. Laundry and dry cleaners too! Comfortable studio apartment on the 6th floor with a central outlook and a nice balcony.

No external bars or restaurants very close by. Nearest is about 15mins walk away. Light soundproofing between the apartments.

Clean good place with everything you need for comfortable staying

Low internet speed, even mobile signal is slow at this location

Surrounded by a number of outdoor swimming pools. All facilities kept exceptionally clean, the water was crystal clear.

Maybe a greater selection of onsite shops would have been an improvement on facilities provided especially for guests without transport of their own.

Hot water shower inconsistant.

Very clean apartment and it has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen. Nice view of the pool area from the balcony. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others

I have no complaints, everything was great!
