Zariadenie apartmánu super, veľka smart TV, klimatizácia a veľké franzcúzske okno, terasa. Skvele vybavená kuchyňa. Veľmi neskorý odchod bezplatne. Sieťky na okne proti komárom. USB konektory na zasuvkach.

V útrobách socialistického rekreačného zariadenia sa nachádza moderne zariadený apartmán, bohužiaľ budova a jej okolie kazia celkový dojem, na starej repecii dostanete kľúče a diaľkové ovládanie od klimatizácie. Steny sú tenké a počujete susedov, je tu klientela prevažne domácich návštevníkov, ktorí hľadajú lacné ubytovanie na letné prázdniny s deťmi. V sprche neodtekala voda.

Minőség, környezet, felszereltség megfelelő. Szép, csendes, kényelmes apartman, minden van egy rövid tartózkodáshoz. Kitűnő elhelyezkedés.

A fürdőszobában a nem előnyös padlóburkolat nem teszi lehetővé a megfelelő tisztaságot, ez egy kicsit rontott az összhatáson.

Az apartman igényesen van felújítva, minőségi anyagokból, ízleses kis lakást sikerült kialakítani. Az épület alagsorában van egy kis bolt, ami reggel héttől finom friss reggelit kínál, de lehet bevásárolni és felvinni a konyhába vagy a teraszon elfogyasztani. A parkoló ingyenes tágas és zárt, kamerával megfigyelt. Az apartmanban légkondicionáló és ventilátor is működik, nagyon kellemes ez a nagy melegben!

Kicsit meglepett, hogy a folyosó és a recepció nincs felújítva. de ez nem befolyásolta az ott tartózkodás minőségét!

A környék rendezett, tiszta volt. Az udvarán hatalmas fák alatt árnyékban parkolhattunk le. Mindig volt szabad helyünk. A recepción egész éjjel volt ügyelet. Segítőkészek és kedvesek voltak. Az apartman berendezése modern, letisztult, derűs színvilágú. Mindenen látszott, hogy minőségi anyaggal, gondos mesterekkel dolgoztattak. ( kérjük a címüket! :)) Szuper volt a teraszra nyíló tolóajtós megoldás a szúnyoghálóval. Volt légkondi is, de mi inkább a ventillátort használtuk, ha meleg volt. A konyha mindennel fel volt szerelve, még tisztítószerekkel is, ami elég ritka más apartmannál. Patyolattiszta ágynemű és törülközők voltak kikészítve. A fridzsiderben egy üveg Sprite is volt, valamint kávé, cukor, só a polcokon. Nagyon hálásak voltunk a figyelemességekért.

Egyedül a légkondi helyével volt problémánk, vigyázni kellett a fejünkre, amikor kimentünk az erkélyre, hogy ne üssük bele a fejünket, de beláttuk sehova máshova nem lehetett volna elhelyezni. Ez már igazán csak szőrszálhasogatás kategória.

The owner's style is inacceptable. Even though they are living abroad, they do not even verify the service. The bed was not even made, and the mattress had traces on it, apparently they don't even clean it eithe. The sheets, pilloews,, blankets were places on the beds. They did not even provide the proper sized sheets the suit for the double bed, but two small ones. Same thing with the smaller bed, the sheet could not even cover it. They had a mattress protector with traces and the lowest quality that exist in ikea. (we do know that for twice or three times as much money there are much better protectors at IKEA, but they did not even invest to get that.) The sheets had the logo “Matáv” which was a Hungarian state-owned company until 2000, so for 24 years it does not exist, but our owners do use their low quality old bed linen and sheets. That's about the 'newly renovated style". There were several long black hairs on the allegedly clean bed linen that I removed while I was making the bed. And now the owner is accusing me that the mattress protector was damaged. After I made the beds, I started to do the vacuum cleaning as the flat was dirty, especially in the bathroom, I contacted the owner who replied that "it is difficult to find good employees at the Balaton". So you should accept that the flat is dirty. There were not even towels provided for hand drying, not for stepping out of the shower. The toilet paper and dustbin sac are per “daily quota”, these are fixed on your door each morning. The building itself is really rundown. In which some rooms have been bought by private owners, like this one. The roomdoor locks difficultly, you must force it. There are hardly any furniture to store clothes. I was really wondering if I should have stored those in the kitchen cupboard. Instead of the design ceramic elefant, a chest of drawers would have been better.

The apartment was perfect: spacious room, really clean, extra-comfy bed, mini kitchenette equipped with everything you need. Nice balcony where you can chill after a hot day. AC works perfectly and there is a mini-fridge where to chill the beers :) Free parking space. Extremely affordable!

A bit further from the city - the closest market is at aprox. 20 min walking. But this comes with the advantage that is a very quiet and calm zone, therefore you can rest perfectly.
