"Rente en otro lugar, porque no respetaron mi reservación."

No me pude alojar, decidieron reubicarme en otro lugar porque otra persona rento más noches que yo. Necesito que me regresen mi dinero. Dijo que promociono su casita en 2 aplicaciones y después de que me cobro me comento que había habido un error. Necesito mi dinero. Devuelvanme mi dinero. Eso no se vale.

Su falta de etica y professionalismo. Segun la persona al huesped que le dieron preferencia rento desde Enero. Porque Booking me lo rento a mi? Porqué no me avisó antes de cobrar? Me aviso de la reubicación el 21 de Julio, cuando ya se habían cobrado mi dinero. Rente hotel en otra parte. No es justo que hagan eso. Devuelvanme mi dinero.
