Central Oasis

Nice and central. Everything you need for a nice getaway and more.

Access is only by 2 flights of stairs. This was absolutely fine for everyone else, just a bit hard on my old knees.

Lovely new clean rooms, aircons, large bathroom etc

- I used the hose rolled up near the car park area to wash all the grime and bugs from my car. I used the hose trigger for less than a few minutes and the owner came out with a scowl reprimanding me saying this was not part of the deal. Didn't say good morning after I greeted him, instead I was treated like I had just abused his family! I apologised and offered to pay for the water (equivalent to a short shower). Poor handling of situation from owner with unprofessional emotional and diplomatic control with their guests. - Couches was a little small and firm, pillows were thick and firm. No biggie.

Very quiet and private. Was only 2mins off main road so nice and relaxing. It was clean and tidy with everything we needed.

It was spacious & ease of access

Very very well appointed even down to coffee beans in the coffee machine

There is a very steep drive which some won’t like but it’s explained extremely well in the advert before you book.

Location was perfect for our needs. It was quiet and had everything we needed.

The price & the location was good.

It would have been nice to know upfront about the driveway & the steepness of it. We wouldn't have been able to park on the street & walk down easily, so opted to drive to the bottom. There was also a musty smell to the whole accommodation, which was noticeable. The bathroom fan could do with a very good clean.
