Lovely spacious apartment with excellent cooking facilities, comfy beds, a great shower and nice outdoor area.

Location, nice garden outside unit. We had stayed here for a night last month.

The driveway is very steep and 2 flights of stairs down to the apartment. It was OK for us, but elderly or disabled will have trouble. The unit is tidy and clean but could do with a deep clean - especially the bathroom. The towels were not soft & fluffy like last time, quite rough on the skin. So many rules posted everywhere, saying what NOT to do eg: conserve water have short showers. Being a rebel, I had a nice long hot shower this morning. You can hear the owners walking around upstairs at times, as they live above. NB: The owners are very strict on their cancellation policy, even if the reason is out of your control, so be prepared to lose your money if you can’t attend or buy insurance.

Very quiet, nice and clean, cosy and comfortable.

Nothing really but the driveway down to the unit and the stairs could be a challenge to less mobile people.

I'm a bit reluctant to give them a good review, because it would be my choice of accomodation while working in Coffs. It was truly comfortable and an amazing experience.

Good location to town

Parking not the easiest. No mention of steep stairs to the accommodation. There was also a musty smell and the reason we left a day earlier. We did leave the A/C on to hopefully rid the smell , but the owner turned it off whilst we were out

Great location and easy to check in and out.

The premises were visibly unclean and musty, indicating a severe need for professional cleaning services. Multiple spots with mold were found. The pillows emitted an unpleasant odor. Would not recommend staying here. Place was booked for two nights, left after one sleepless night due to the strong musty smell in the place. Owner blamed it on the “recent rains” and supposedly still drying up the place. If the owner knew the place needed drying, he should have advised us there was an issue. It wasn’t a last minute booking, it was booked in January for march.
