"Lovely location and apartment ok but far too expensive"

The location is excellent and the appartment good apart from no wi fi and no change of bedding. It was ridiculously expensive compared to the other 7 times I have stayed in Tahiche especially when the apartment next door was paying 75% less than me for 2 people.

No wi fi no change of bedding The overflated price per night compared to others on the same complex.

"Noisy and poorly maintained appartment"

The appartment is located in the lively part of Costa Teguise and close to the beach. The layout of the appartment is nice. Two balconies. Sun througout the day.

This review is for appartment 301. (other appartments might be in a different state) The overall maintenance of the appartment is not ok. Multiple things were broken or not in good order. Bulbs not working, broken chair, cabinets. A lamp next to the bed but not possible to connect it to power. Iron with a UK plug. The bathroom was dirty. Urine smell that we could not get cleaned. Bathtub dirty between tiles and corner. Dirty pillows. We notified Realrent about several issues and they promised to come over and fix it but they never showed up. The appartment is noisy. You can hear the neighbours talk through the walls. The neighbours (permanent stay) are very noisy and held parties till late in the evening.

Location and view. Large apartment with pool view balcony and sea view terrace. Washing machine.

No Wi-Fi No folder with information No reply from contact number re questions or queries when we were there.

The location, the atmosphere

The only bad thing any of us can say about it was the pillow situation. There wernt enough, and some were badly marked. The beds in the single rooms were also very hard.
