Perfect central location, great communication, spacious rooms, no faults at all , will definitely be booking again

Very comfortable, spacious apartment in a fantastic location in the heat of Costa Teguise. All facilities within the apartment were well thought out; we didn't struggle to find anything we needed & our bedroom had perfect sea views & a very comfortable bed. Being right next door to the supermarket was also very convenient & being so close to the beach was a real plus point. The pool was lovely - great temperature & very clean. We had a problem with the shower head the first night but a quick email had that repaired & functioning by the middle of the next day. Great service. We would happily stay at this location again & would recommend it.

Outside furniture let it down very uncomfortable fold up wooden slat chairs. Plastic ones can't be expensive and would have made the experience a lot better. This is the only reason we won't book this apartment again .

Lovely excellent sized apartment with beach view & good facilities (two bathrooms, washing machine, toaster, microwave, terrace and balcony). The room was ready when we arrived at 13;00. Nice pool area with bar and direct access to supermarket.

The lock box was a bit fiddly and may need updated soon. Communal areas could do with a bit of an update but nothing to do with apartment. There were a number of cockroaches once we opened the wardrobe :(

The TV was not set up and the bathroom door would not shut properly
