The outdoor patio and hot tub. We also found the beds to be very comfortable, and the staff was when we reached out to the staff they're very prompt. Also, they gave transportation to the pool if needed. we definitely would stay there again Luigi , Genaro and Paula were great host

When we arrived at the property, the owners son was there to meet us and he provided codes for the main door, the lift and the apartment door. From then on it was easy to access the property when coming and going. The property was very easy to find and was nicely lit. The area felt very safe and vibrant. The property was situated on the top floor of the building. It was easy to get to as the stairs were clean and well-maintained. If you have mobility issues (or have heavy cases), there is a lift leading directly to the property (accessible with a code). Very convenient. The apartment itself was STUNNING!!! Very clean and super-spacious (HUGE living room/dining area with a sofa too), with all the amenities needed (dishwasher, washing machine, clothes airer, decent hairdryer, comfy beds). Both rooms has ample storage and coat hangers plus drawer units for clothes. The room is serviced every day to an exceptional standard. The air conditioning in the apartment was FANTASTIC!!! Vico Equense was especially hot when we arrived (from Scotland, so we are not accustomed to the heat) and it was very pleasant to be able to cool down after a day sightseeing. Each room has it's own air-con 'sector' so you can set it as you want. The private, outdoor space was a lovely haven to relax in. We could eat outside on the table and chairs or relax on the sun loungers, which was great. The communal outdoor areas were great too. There is a jacuzzi that can be booked by writing your name on a whiteboard and there is also a soft seating area to relax in. Again, perfect after a day on your feet. There is no pool onsite, but Paola, your host, who is very pleasant to deal with and super-responsive to any queries you may have (thank you!!!!), has another property further up in the hills and you can spend a relaxing day there, like we did. The view is simply wonderful and the food/drinks great too.

The location was great. The beds were very comfy. Outdoor shared and private patios were really nice too. It was an excellent deal for 3 friends to lodge together.

The living room/kitchen area could have had another couch or some comfortable chairs for common indoor gathering. The set up with the jacuzzi was a little odd - it wasn't clear why they didn't use the cover and keep it hot at all times rather than have sign up on a board.
